On-Record Chat

The bluChat window appears on a NetSuite customer record, keeping the information shared in the chat tied to the record.

Off-Record Chat

The bluChat Messages page includes a sidebar with Unread, Follow-Up, Starred, and Watching chats, as well as Channel, Group, and Direct Message chats. Badge notifications with message counts appear next to chats with unread messages and messages flagged for follow-up. The primary pane displays the selected chat and includes options for formatting, sorting and filtering, and reacting and replying to messages.
